NE 148th Ave
The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is planning to update NE 148th Ave from NE 146th Drive to NE Halsey Street with new lane markings and also add a high-visibility street crossing for people walking and biking across NE 148th at NE Sacramento Street.
Liz Rickles from PBOT wants to hear your comments, questions, and concerns about this. Contact her via
Liz will also give a presentation on Zoom with time for questions and answers on May 19 at 9am.
Walt Rose
Our longest living resident, Walt Rose, will be 102 on January 30! Take a look back to our 2021 interview with Walt and our celebration of his 100th Birthday with a Caravan of Cars.
A "Caravan of Cars" is again planned for Jan 30th this year to celebrate Walt's latest birthday.
