All pages of this website under the What's Happening and Resources tabs are available only to the members of this website. To become a member, you must be a Summerplace resident, or have special approval from the HOA office.

If you are not a Summerplace resident, and you believe you have a legitimate reason to become a member of this website, please contact the HOA office.

Two-step process

For security reasons, the membership sign-up process is a two-step process.​

  1. Confirm that you are a Summerplace resident

  2. Register for a membership ID

To confirm that you are a Summerplace resident, we ask you to fill out the Resident Verification Form (below) with your full name, street address and email address. There is no need to add the City and Zip code to your street address; we already know which city you live in!

Please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields, you cannot submit the form without providing this information.

After you submit ths form, and have been recognized as a Summerplace resident we will send you an email inviting you to register to become a website member

Registration instructions will be provided at that time, or you can download the document shown above, which provides a full description of the registration process.

Once you have successfully registered for the website, you may access the restricted pages by signing in with your membership ID and the password you selected during the sign-up process. Your membership ID is your email address.

If you are already a website member, please do not fill out this form again. If you are having difficulty with accessing the website, please send us a message.
