Swimming Pool

Summerplace has a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool with chaise lounges, chairs, tables and covered areas where you can sit and enjoy the pool and surroundings.

The pool is normally open from Memorial Day through early October, weather dependent. Pool hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Resident/association members are welcome to use the pool at any time during regular opening hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, daily.

Open swim hours are 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday

and 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday

During this time, guests are welcome to use the pool. Children under 18 are also welcome during open swim times. All minors must be accompanied by a competent swimmer while in the pool.

All guests, including children, must be accompanied at all times by a resident/association member. Guests are limited to four per resident at any given time. There is no lifeguard on duty, all persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
