Swimming Pool

Summerplace has a beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool with chaise lounges, chairs, tables and covered areas where you can sit and enjoy the pool and surroundings.

The pool is normally open from Memorial Day through early October, weather dependent. Pool hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Resident/association members are welcome to use the pool at any time during regular opening hours: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, daily.

Guests are welcome to use the pool at any time during normal opening hours, but must be accompanied at all times by a resident/association member. Guests are limited to four per resident at any given time.

Children under 18 are welcome to use the pool during the hours of 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm. All minors must be accompanied by a competent swimmer while in the pool.

There is no lifeguard on duty, all persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
