Summerplace Clubhouse

At the center of the community is the well appointed clubhouse. Homeowners have access to two exercise rooms for staying in their best shape. Socialization is made easy with a ballroom, two meeting rooms, and a billiards room. Residents can challenge a friend to a game of table tennis or shuffleboard or enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the library.
