New/updated pages or sections
Recent website changes, including recently updated pages or new pages/sections of the website are listed here.
(this page)
The page you are currently reading is new, describing new or recently updated pages. This page also includes a section listing those pages that are regularly updated, and how/when those updates happen. You can also reach this page by clicking on the "What's New" button on the home page.
A new welcome page has been added to introduce new and potential residents to the website, including an outline of the information available on the website.
Recently renamed "Take Note", this column on the home page contains information considered important for all residents to review. Previously, this column was titled "What's New".
We now have a complete archive of all Newsletters, beginning with the first single-sheet newsletter published in January 1982, through to the multi-page news magazine of the present day; that's a 43+ year archive! Many thanks to our volunteer scanning team, lots of work standing over a hot scanner!
We are currently in the run up to Board of Director elections. A new intent to run form is now available on the Forms page for those people interested in running for the Board.
All Glenwood documents and forms have been removed from our Documents and Forms pages. The Glenwood HOA has recently published their own website, which hosts current versions of all their information. A single place to access this information is preferable to having to keep two websites updated. Glenwood residents are encouraged to check out their new website.
Regularly updated pages
2.
Some pages are updated regularly, to ensure that they contain up-to-date information. Regularly updated pages include:
An agenda is posted here 72 hours prior to a Board Meeting (including Planning Meetings). Minutes of meetings are posted when available; our Board Meeting record contains minutes of all meetings for the last 7 years.
A new edition of the Summerplace News is posted every month, typically a day or so before or after the first of the month, depending on availability from the publisher. Access to our Newsletter Archive is also available on this page.
Our events page includes information about events for the current month and up to
2 months following, depending on availability of information from event organizers.
The directory is updated monthly, using data supplied by the HOA office. If you wish to make a change to your directory record outside of the normal monthly cycle, you can request an edit by using the Directory Edit Request (DER) form. Changes requested using a DER form will typically appear in the directory within 1-3 days of submitting the form.
Our calendar is a live feed from the HOA Office. It is an exact copy of the calendar maintained by the office, any changes made to their calendar will immediately appear here.
New Neighborhood Alerts are posted here within a few days of being emailed to members of our Summerplace email list. If you do not receive our Neighborhood Alerts, you may read them here. If you wish, you may also join our email list to receive Neighborhood Alerts and other HOA notifications in your email.
Tech Tips articles are included in every edition of the Newsletter. Articles that are considered useful to archive for future reference are posted here.
Our Home Page is updated infrequently, except for the "Take Note" column which is used for important updates; information considered important for all residents to review is posted in this column as soon as it is available.
