Whether you are a current resident of Summerplace, or just exploring to see what living in Summerplace may be like, you will find interesting things to read here on our website. Some sections are open to all (unlimited access pages), and some sections are restricted to website members only (restricted access pages). What can you find here?

As a resident and a member of the website, your website is an essential resource. Information about upcoming events, pictures of previous events, forms and documents you might need from time to time, all are available here. If you need to consult an HOA policy or review the homeowner's manual, there's no need to try and find them around the house somewhere, just go to the website and there they are. If you misplace your copy of the newsletter, or perhaps you are out of town and haven't received it yet, no worries you can find it here. Your website is a one stop shop for almost everything you may need as a Summerplace resident.

Oh, and then there's the resident directory! Perhaps the single most used page on the website! Contact friends, neighbors, or that interesting person you met at an event last week, they are all probably in the directory.

If you are not a resident, perhaps you are thinking of buying here, or simply browsing to see what Summerplace is all about. Here you will find an introduction to our neighborhood, get some idea of the facilities available, and even take a ride on a drone and check us out from the air.

If you get serious about moving in, you can check out what type of homes may be available, take a look at some floor plans and even start your search on our Real Estate page. If you get real serious, your realtor can access documentation you might need to close your sale.

Then, when you are a resident, you can join the website and see what else is happening here.

Unlimited Access pages

Our unlimited access pages are open to everyone browsing our website. They include the Home Page, and many of the pages on our main menu under the About, Amenities, Real Estate and Contact tabs. These pages contain information for potential residents of Summerplace, providing an introduction to the real estate options in our neighborhood and the facilities available here for residents.

If you are not a resident, you are welcome to browse these pages freely. Should you encounter a page which pops up a website sign-on window, you have reached a restricted access page. If you are a member of the website, you may sign on and view this page. If you are a resident, but have not yet joined the website, you may do so here.

Restricted Access pages

Restricted Access pages are password protected and available only to our website members. Members of the website must be Summerplace residents. All pages under the What's Happening and Resources tabs are designated Restricted Access.

These pages contain information which the Summerplace Board has determined shall be available only to residents, due to the nature of the information contained on them.
