Website Registration

Many pages of this website under the What's Happening and Resources tabs are accessible only by members of this website. To become a member, you must be a Summerplace resident, or have special approval from the HOA office.

If you are not a Summerplace resident, and you believe you have a legitimate reason to become a member of this website, please contact the HOA office.

Website Membership Guide 2.0

This document is an expanded version of the Sign-up process described below.

Sign-up process

Full details of this process are provided in the User Registration Guide, available on this page. A summary of the process is provided here.

Click the link "Resident Log In" located above the menu bar on the right-hand side of the page.

Immediately, a form titled "Log In" will pop up. If you are already a website member, then this is where you will input your email address and password. However, since you are not yet a website member, you need to click the link "Sign Up" at the top of the form.

A new form will then pop up in place of the "Log In" form. This form is titled "Sign Up",

Fill in this form, with your name, Summerplace street address (just the street and condo # (if any), we already know the city and Zip code.

Then add your email address (this will become your website user ID) and create a password for yourself. Your password must be between 4-15 characters. Guidance for selecting a password is provided in the User Registration Guide.

Your password is known only to you personally. Website admins and the HOA office do not know your password and do not have any way to discover it. If you forget your password you will need to go through the password reset process.

When you have completed the form, click the sign-up button. A new window will pop up titled "Confirm your email". A code will have been sent to the email address you entered in the sign-up form; enter this code and click "enter".

A new screen will open, confirming that you have successfully completed the sign-up process. Click the "OK" button and you will immediately go back to the original website page where you began the sign-up process.

A website admin will review your membership application and approve it as soon as possible. Making sure that you provide all the necessary information, including your Summerplace street address, when you filled in the Sign-up form is the surest way of ensuring the approval process is expedited.

When your application is approved, you will receive an email from Summerplace confirming approval. You may then log in to the website by clicking on the "Resident Log In" link, but this time using the Log In form to sign in to the website.

As a member of the website, you now have full access to all pages. Thank you for joining us, and happy browsing.

A quick note about security. We keep many pages in the website private because they may contain personal information concerning residents. We ask you to respect your fellow residents' privacy by keeping your website password secure.

In particular, if you are using a shared computer, please log out of the website when you have finished using it.
