Glenwood Place Governing Documents
Glenwood Place is administered by the residents of Glenwood through their own HOA: The Association of Unit Owners of Glenwood Place. The Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected from among Glenwood residents.
All Glenwood residents are subject to the Glenwood Place ByLaws and Resolutions of the Glenwood Board, as detailed in the documents provided on this page.
In addition, all residents are also members of the Summerplace HOA, with full access to all the facilities and activities provided by the Summerplace Clubhouse, and are therefore also subject to the Summerplace HOA CC&Rs and ByLaws.
