Our Amenities

As a Summerplace resident, you’ll get to enjoy all of the amenities the Summerplace Recreation Center and outdoor facilities have to offer. Tennis courts that double as a pickle ball court, a swimming pool and horseshoe pit. There are also walking trails available. There is something for everyone in Summerplace. You won’t be disappointed.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse has many facilities to help you enjoy a healthy and active social lifestyle.

Ballroom

The ballroom is the focal point of many of the activities and functions at Summerplace. There is a large dance floor and a stage with 24 round tables on the perimeter.

Fitness Rooms

Two co-ed fitness rooms are available with men’s and women’s locker rooms. There are also free weights, exercise machines, two hot tubs and saunas.

Meeting Rooms

Depending on the size of your group or activity, there are a variety of meeting rooms available to reserve.

Game Rooms

On the lower level of the Clubhouse the Mazama Room is dedicated to billiards/pool and snooker, the Klickitat Room has shuffle board and two ping pong tables.

Library

The Library is a comfortable place to browse the large selection of books, magazines and puzzles. Curl up with your laptop or phone and enjoy the free Wifi.

Swimming Pool

Sparkling heated outdoor swimming pool with chaise lounges, chairs, tables and covered areas where you can sit and enjoy the warm summer sun and peaceful surroundings.

Tennis & Pickleball

Two tennis courts, one lined for Pickleball, are available to all residents during season.

RV Storage

RV/vehicle storage spots and garages are available only to Summerplace residents.
